1. Develop a 'Top 10' Client list at each property and develop a plan to reach out, thank, recognize and communicate with throughout the year.
2. Capture ideas and create a plan for a family coaching/AI practice. Offer this to Ralph's family - at Christmas in FL possibly.
3. Look for opportunities to give AI to Non-profit Boards - have offered this to Friends of the Orphans for their Board retreat in January. Could also offer sessions to St. Victoria, St. Nic's and Guardian Angels.
